What is wrong with MS Expression?

Today I found this:
MS offers Expression products with 50% discount. Why do they do such a great discount for such a good thing? I think it is a standard trick of improving sales of unuseful things :).

SILVERLIGHT 3 is coming what is missed in just released SILVERLIGHT 2

MS just released SL2 and announced a new version soon.

Why did they do so?
SL 2 is simply not ready for real life application. Just read comments for that blog post.

What is missed in the SL2?
- RTL support
- Selectable text in textblock

- RenderTargetBitmap/Print support

-printing support

So do not loose your time with SL2. Just wait when it ready :).

Forget all you knew about WPF bindins.

Read this

I was impressed. It is not a problem that MS did not implemented Element name extension support in the binding expression. The problem is that guys never publish the restrictions of their wet products. Just imagine how much time was spent by the software developers to disclose thus restriction again and again.

This is a first post to the WPF HATER blog.
Im giong to share my experience of using wet MS technologies like WPF and WPFE. It took me a lot of time to work with them and get unpublished restrictions of this platform. Hope this blog will be helpful and prevent you form making wring desigions when choosing the platform or your project.
